TO THE CONSUMER

We offer complete customer pleasure since we are sure that our socks are of the highest quality and meet the requirements of every home in the world. We will refund your entire purchase price if you are ever unhappy with our Smartzocks. The consumer bears only the return freight expense.

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that we accept.

Please note that all orders are subject to product availability and that the appearance of a product on the Website at a certain moment does not guarantee that the product will always be available.

You may only place orders through the Website. Please ensure that all the information you submit is accurate. We will use the submitted information to contact you regarding your order.

OUR CONTRACT

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this email serves as an acknowledgement and does not represent order acceptance. A contract is created when we send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped. Our contract will contain only the items stated in the confirmation email issued at the time of shipment. If we have already received payment for unavailable products, we will reimburse the corresponding amount using the same payment method.

PRICING

The Website’s prices include value-added tax (VAT) and are final. Please note that delivery expenses are not included in the prices and are payable separately.

Although we attempt to assure the accuracy of all information, descriptions, and pricing listed on this Website, errors may occur. If we uncover an error in the pricing of any item you have ordered, we will notify you as quickly as feasible and give you the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.

Smartzocks Sverige AB is not liable for any fluctuations in currency or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may apply when billing in your country’s currency.

PAYMENT

We take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as several local payment alternatives. We perform a normal pre-authorization check on your payment card upon receiving your order to ensure adequate funds to fulfil the transaction. The products will not be shipped until the pre-authorization check has been completed. Upon order acceptance, your credit card will be charged. Adyen processes every payment.
